Wargaming Prague is looking for an Lead Influencer Manager to spearhead our influencer strategy for a new, unrevealed live-service game for PC and consoles.

This role demands a blend of leadership and hands-on involvement, where you’ll elevate our game's visibility and attract a robust player base. Collaborating across Development, Live Ops, Marketing, and Publishing teams, you will play a crucial role in maintaining player engagement through exciting and high-conversion strategies.

The position is based in Prague (hybrid mode).

Reports to

Head of Product Marketing.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy for the game's reveal, launch, and ongoing operations.
• Lead and nurture the Influencer Marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Allocate and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively across different regions (Americas and Europe), platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc), and talents.
• Lead key initiatives like a Content Creator Program or a Twitch Extension.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and agencies, ensuring alignment with our game’s brand and target audience.
• Negotiate influencer contracts, overseeing deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
• Ensure influencer content is creative, authentic, and drives the audience into the game.
• Monitor content production and campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams (Performance, PR, Creative, Social Media) to integrate influencer content into broader marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

• Demonstrated success in influencer marketing within the PC or console gaming industry.
• Experience leading influencer marketing teams and managing key influencer relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media and influencer platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and creative thinking abilities.
• Organizational prowess with the capability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A thorough understanding of the gaming industry, influencer trends, and marketing best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
