As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to oversee and lead the sysadmin operations.</span></div>

<div>&nbsp;</div></br><b>Responsibilities</b></br>

<li>Lead and manage the sysadmin operations team (10+ engineers), providing guidance, mentorship, and training.</li>

<li>Oversee the IT ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are assigned and tracked under SLA.</li>

<li>Manage the Office 365 environment and utilise Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.</li>

<li>Onboard new personnel and train the sysadmin team on IT infrastructure and systems.</li>

<li>Manage and administer local and global IT infrastructure.</li>

<li>Develop best practices and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.</li>

<li>Provide expert technical support, guidance, and training to team members and end-users.</li>

<li>Collaborate with IT management to drive the IT roadmap and participate in change management workflows.</li>

<li>Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting server availability.</li>

<li>Manage backup, storage infrastructure, and monitoring to ensure system uptime and reliability.</li>

<li>Participate in infrastructure upgrades and migrations.</li>

<li>Ensure adherence to IT security standards and best practices.</li>

</br><b>Requirements</b></br>

<li>Proven experience with ITSM and managing Windows systems (client and server).</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualized environments.</li>

<li>Experience with Intune deployment, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian Suite.</li>

<li>Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN).</li>

<li>Demonstrated leadership of sysadmin teams, including mentoring, guiding technical decisions, and fostering professional growth.</li>

<li>Experience taking ownership of projects, coordinating cross-functional IT initiatives, and driving results.</li>

<li>Flexibility to support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and critical operations outside standard hours</li>
