</b></br><li>Line management of clinic operators</li><li>Performing regular 121s and sit ins with clinic operators</li><li>Recruitment of clinic staff</li><li>Cascading and implementing changes to practice</li><li>Ensuring compliance with Clinical SOPs and protocols</li><li>Monitoring KPIs</li><li>Overseeing incident reporting and risk management</li><li>Reviewing the quality of medical care provided</li><li>Providing feedback to operators on the quality of their medical care</li><li>Monitoring and feeding back on rebooking rate and customer satisfaction</li><li>Manage operator staffing to ensure 100% uptime</li><li>Work closely with the Clinical Site Manager to run the clinic</li></br><b>Key Service Provision
</b></br><li>Conduct thorough Neko Health scan on members</li><li>Provide world class hospitality care when engaging with members</li><li>Demonstrate precise phlebotomy skills</li><li>Work calmly under pressure when encountering tech issues</li><li>Pay high attention to hygiene and cleanliness</li><li>Ensure inventory stock is maintained at an appropriate level</li><li>Contribute to clinical quality improvement activity</li><li>Collaborate with teams across Neko to develop and improve our technology</li><li>To work flexibility, and to adapt and update your skills as the role requires</li></br>
