**Job Description**

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the future of our ad tech platform. This is a critical role for an individual with 5–8 years of product management experience and deep expertise in adtech and programmatic advertising. You will lead a team and define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring we build innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Innovation

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for our core ad tech products, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on all things programmatic advertising. Stay on top of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform our product decisions.

Execution Leadership

  • From ideation and research to feature definition, development, and post-launch analysis, you will manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering their growth and helping them excel in their roles.
  • Use data and qualitative feedback to measure product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products from concept to launch.
  • Act as the champion for your products, communicating their value and vision to internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
  • 5–8 years in product management, with a significant focus on adtech, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and/or ad exchanges.
  • A strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including ad serving, audience data, identity solutions, and measurement.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • A natural problem-solver with a knack for turning complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
  • Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning applications in ad tech.
  • Prior experience managing a small team of product managers.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on advertising.
