You will:

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Midnite’s RegTech platform
• Build internal systems that empower compliance, fraud, and risk teams to operate with speed, precision, and flexibility.
• Take the lead in super charging customer satisfaction in the most complex and friction heavy areas of a user’s lifecycle
• Reimagine how compliance tooling can deliver seamless user experiences across KYC, AML, payments, and responsible gaming.
• Champion automation and scalability, designing tools that grow with the business and set the industry standard for regulatory platforms.
• Ignite enthusiasm for a product-led approach, motivating others to buy into and build towards the product vision.

You should apply if:

• You’re an experienced product manager with a proven track record in high-regulation industries (fintech, banking, fraud, payments, healthcare, or similar).
• You’ve built or worked closely with platforms that leverage AI and/or Machine learning for compliance, fraud detection, or risk management.
• You love solving complex problems that require balancing regulatory requirements, operational needs, and user experience.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and are comfortable making big decisions with high stakes.
• You are an excellent communicator, covering complex areas to a wide range of audiences
• You’re excited about the chance to build a regtech engine from scratch that could redefine compliance in the betting industry.
• You’re intellectually honest about your strengths and weaknesses, always eager to learn, improve, and share your knowledge and experience
