The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics, managing account relationships across buying and merch level. They will have excellent interpersonal skills—both oral and written—strong cross-functional communication skills, and the process and operational capability to drive results. A collaborative team player who can take the lead and foster a strong team dynamic. The role is based in Berlin, Germany, with occasional travel to meet our retail partners. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Passion for Converse brand and culture Strong account management experience for large key accounts, ideally within the Fashion/ Sports or Retail Industry, across buying and merchandising. +3 years Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of financial processes and forecasting Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Confident with senior leadership engagement internally and externally.

Salary: $135,000 - $170,000
