YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM
You will lead a group of frontend-focused Software Engineers who work in different cross-functional teams of our cloud-based ERP software Magicline
You work effectively with your direct reports to identify their strengths, weaknesses and career aspirations; develop action plans to address these areas and foster the growth of each team member
You will balance individual team members' growth with the strategic direction of software development projects
You foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high operational efficiency to meet company objectives
You will drive customer satisfaction and company revenue by ensuring the release of top-quality and efficient software applications
Your are responsible to drive the strategic direction of software development projects
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in the context of SaaS platforms and/or startup environments.
You have hands-on experience in software development with focus on the JavaScript tech stack (TypeScript, React, Mobx, Jest)
You have a proven track record of successfully leading Engineering teams
You have demonstrated experience in managing, developing and expanding engineering teams
You are a approachable and empathetic leader with a high level of integrity
You have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and you feel comfortable in it
You have already had direct responsibility for R&D projects and have implemented them successfully
You are always interested in new programming trends, enjoy working in a diverse team and communicate fluently in English, German is a plus
