Then you are exactly right here.</b></div></br><b>YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM</b></br><li>You will lead a group of frontend-focused Software Engineers who work in different cross-functional teams of our cloud-based ERP software Magicline</li><li>You work effectively with your direct reports to identify their strengths, weaknesses and career aspirations; develop action plans to address these areas and foster the growth of each team member</li><li>You will balance individual team members' growth with the strategic direction of software development projects</li><li>You foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high operational efficiency to meet company objectives</li><li>You will drive customer satisfaction and company revenue by ensuring the release of top-quality and efficient software applications</li><li>Your are responsible to drive the strategic direction of software development projects</li></br><b>YOUR PROFILE</b></br><li>You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field</li><li>At least 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in the context of SaaS platforms and/or startup environments.</li><li>You have hands-on experience in software development with focus on the JavaScript tech stack (TypeScript, React, Mobx, Jest)</li><li>You have a proven track record of successfully leading Engineering teams</li><li>You have demonstrated experience in managing, developing and expanding engineering teams</li><li>You are a approachable and empathetic leader with a high level of integrity</li><li>You have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and you feel comfortable in it</li><li>You have already had direct responsibility for R&D projects and have implemented them successfully</li><li>You are always interested in new programming trends, enjoy working in a diverse team and communicate fluently in English, German is a plus</li></br>
