  • Together with the team you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and advising on legal risk related to data privacy, IP, and other technology-related matters with a “less legal more people” mindset. One example is the upcoming EU regulation laying down harmonized rules on AI.
  • Provide advice to various stakeholders within contracts, Medical Device Regulation (MDR), consumer protection legislation, and much more depending on your interests and Lenus' needs!

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience with privacy regulations, such as GDPR.
  • Experience with and a good understanding of technology-related legal matters.
  • Experience advising business stakeholders on projects involving processing personal data.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and you enjoy thinking creatively to identify solutions while working closely with various teams across the company, including commercial, product, and engineering.
  • You have a go-getter, optimistic attitude, a desire to learn quickly, and you're ready to contribute to Lenus' success from day one.
  • You have a pragmatic approach to creative legal problem-solving, including researching novel and ambiguous legal areas.
  • You appreciate autonomy and flexibility in your work, and enjoy the option to join a yoga class in the morning or play padel in the afternoon.
  • You are fluent in English, in both written and verbal form.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!

You'll be a valued member of our close-knit and dynamic legal team that is split between our energetic Copenhagen HQ and our New York office. Our team is driven by curiosity, optimism, and trust. We take ownership of our projects and strive to always deliver with the highest quality, while effectively balancing speed and efficiency. We move at a rapid pace and constantly adapt to shifting priorities, and while this isn't for everyone, those who thrive here put team over ego and are able to stay focused on the bigger picture.
