Your Role:

• 🧠 Master and deploy evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), CBT, and DBT.
• 🛠 Within a year, become an expert in our care models, confidently aiding college students and refining your therapeutic repertoire.

Responsibilities:

• 🖥 Conduct impactful virtual therapy sessions.
• 🚀 Engage with students through our state-of-the-art collaboration portal.
• 📚 Seamlessly integrate with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers.
• 📝 Ensure timely documentation of clinical interactions.
• 🙌 Join forces with our support team to elevate student care - from outreach to resources and beyond.
• 🤝Partner with leadership during crucial patient scenarios.

Who You Are:

• 🎓 Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) – multi-state is a cherry on top!
• 🧐 Conduct biopsychosocial intakes with a clear diagnostic assessment
• 💡 Pair conceptual insights with the right treatment.
• 🌍 Culturally attuned and adept at treating a diverse cohort.
• 🔍 Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios.
• 🖥 Technologically equipped with a quality video camera and stable internet.
