THE POSITION

The CXO Licensing Administrator (PT) will contribute to the customer operations licensing effort to ensure our employees are meeting all legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations and licensing standards to obtain and renew their gaming license for FanDuel. The CXO Licensing Administrator will assist with various duties as determined by FanDuel Training Team, the Compliance Team, and the CXO Licensing Associate, to include but not be limited to the below game plan.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Partner cross-functionally with departments such as Human Resources and Compliance to ensure agent licensing requirements are accurately fulfilled and maintained.
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts by responding to inquiries from state gaming regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Review and prepare state licensing applications for submission to regulatory authorities, ensuring completeness and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Gather and verify documentation and information from customer service employees pertaining to state licensing requirements.
  • Collect and validate documentation from customer service employees to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements.
  • Monitor and update application statuses for the CXO Department, maintaining accurate records throughout the licensing process.
  • Input and manage licensing data across multiple databases to support reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Generate and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly licensing reports to the direct manager for performance and compliance monitoring.
  • Actively contribute to departmental and cross-functional compliance meetings to stay aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Support FanDuel CS Licensing by performing various administrative and project-based tasks as needed.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $24.52- $30.77 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
