At PlayStation Studios Insights & Personalization, we work with some of the best game studios in the world -- responsible for developing some of the most recognisable and ambitious games and franchises on PlayStation, including Helldivers 2, Horizon, God of War, Marvel's Spider-Man and Gran Turismo.
We provide timely, actionable insights, along with tools to deliver the right content, to the right players, at the right time. We are looking for talented individuals to join us in pushing the boundaries of game analytics for PlayStation games. We are expanding our team and are excited for a Senior Producer to join our Player Engagement Services team to help game teams build meaningful, personalized, and engaging player experiences.
Role Overview:
What you'll be doing:
Lead and scale the operating model and execution of Lifecycle content through PES across multiple studios, enabling consistent, high-quality campaigns across a growing portfolio.
Act as a central partner to studios and CRM, enabling them to leverage PES capabilities with quality, efficiency, and consistency across titles.
Define and optimize central lifecycle operations for PlayStation Studios, establishing best practices, intake models, prioritization frameworks, and delivery standards.
Drive long-term direction for player engagement operations, identifying opportunities to improve how PES supports studios across the game lifecycle (pre-launch through live service) throughout the portfolio.
Establish clear definitions of success for operations, including operational KPIs, execution quality, and impact on studio outcomes.
Identify and prioritize tooling, data, and process gaps, partnering with product and engineering teams to improve PES capabilities and scalability.
Influence cross-functional roadmaps and resourcing decisions to ensure PES can meet the needs of a growing portfolio of live and upcoming titles.
Champion knowledge sharing and capability building across studios, raising the bar for lifecycle engagement execution across PlayStation Studios.
What we are looking for:
8–12+ years of experience in production, marketing operations, or project management roles, preferably in gaming or digital entertainment.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under varying deadlines.
Proven track record of owning and scaling multiple cross-functional programs or services under varying deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring others and elevating team capability.
Experience building or evolving operating models, workflows, and service delivery systems that support multiple stakeholders.
Strong ability to lead through influence across senior stakeholders, aligning studios and central teams without direct authority.
Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence at scale, including process design, prioritization, and execution quality.
Experience with media production teams, game development, or publishing pipelines.
Familiarity with CRM systems, integrating innovative tooling, or marketing solutions in the entertainment industry.
Deep understanding of game development and/or live service operations, including how players engage over time.
Ability to foster an inclusive and inspiring team culture.
Bonus points if you have:
Worked with a diverse set of global teams and cultures.
Game system design or event operations expertise.
Experience leveraging and providing feedback on new in-development tooling.
Enthusiasm for the games industry and a deep understanding of content landscapes.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
