We are now looking for our new Key Account Manager to join us.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for some of our leading Key Accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage a portfolio of high-value players with the objective of retaining and growing spend, scheduling contacts that drive retention, growth, and reactivation.
• Manage sensitive document requests (e.g., ID, source of income) as required by local compliance and regulatory standards.
• Work within budgets for player bonuses and events, while working towards turnover and revenue targets. Bring forward investment cases to funnel spend to the benefit of your portfolio.
• Analyse player activity and re-configure contact strategies to take advantage of any emerging behaviours or trends.
• Continually examine the value proposition offered to VIP customers by competitors, ensuring we stay ahead of the game by leveraging experiences, bonuses, and exclusive offers to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work with the central VIP team to propose and plan events and promotions that drive player activity while aligning with compliance and risk management protocols.
• Handle escalations regarding account closures, responsible gaming issues, event-related inquiries, bonus inquiries, and suspicious bonus abuse claims, including out-of-core working hours.

Requirements: 

• At least 1 year in VIP related role,

• Ideally 2-3 years in CS or sales outside of VIP 

• Good communication skills either in oral and written
