What You'll Work On

• Build Live Coaching: take live video, pose, and sensor data from raw capture to real-time athlete feedback

• Ship low-latency inference pipelines on smartphone and cloud

• Productionize models from prototype to containerized, versioned services

• Build training data pipelines and evaluation systems that make coaching measurably better

• Expand beyond golf: padel, tennis, cricket

Core Expectations

• Strong ML fundamentals

• Up to date with latest agentic coding workflows

• Full stack experience with good taste for UI/UX

• Worked on either cutting edge implementations of LLMs or shipped LLM products used by real users

Who this is for

Young, ambitious builders with a blank-slate mindset. Native builder or ex-founder. Someone who has shipped things end-to-end and owns the outcome. Strong preference for candidates from top technical environments (Stanford, Berkeley, Cal Poly, CMU), but we'll hire the best builder regardless of pedigree. If you need a roadmap to do your best work, this role will be a bad fit.

What Success Looks Like: First 90 Days

• Ship Live Coaching: from raw capture to model inference to athlete-facing feedback to at least 100,000 athletes

• Measurably reduce coaching feedback latency or improve feedback consistency

• Have a clear thesis on what the next highest-leverage model improvement is, and be building toward it

• Tailor a demo towards several sports beyond golf: padel, tennis, cricket, etc.
