Benchmark Sports develops next-generation athlete capture and feedback technology designed to elevate how sports are trained, practiced, and played. Golf Daddy is a Benchmark Sports-owned brand bringing that mission to golf through modern coaching, content, and product experiences.

Golf Daddy has generated 500M+ organic views by making golf content that’s fun, social-native, and performance-driven. We’re hiring a Short-Form Golf Content Producer to help us scale our on-camera content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The Role

This is a social-first production role for someone who is golf-native, presentable on camera, and thrives in short-form. You’ll ideate, film, and edit (or co-edit) content that blends golf culture, entertainment, and product/coaching moments—optimized for hooks, retention, and shareability.

If your background is mostly broadcast, narrative, or corporate brand video (and you don’t live in short-form), this probably isn’t the right fit.

What You’ll Do

Month 1

• Create and ship short-form videos for TikTok/IG/Shorts with the Golf Daddy team.

• Be on camera regularly (hosting, reacting, demonstrating, interviewing).

• Develop strong scroll-stopper hooks and retention mechanics for each piece.

• Support in-house shoots for golf product explainers and coaching-related content.

• Capture quick, social-native content at the office, on the course, and at events.

Months 3–6

• Collaborate with golf creators and partners to produce content and expand reach.

• Turn top-performing organic posts into repeatable series and ad-ready variations.

• Create content supporting new coaching products and Golf Daddy product launches.

• Build seasonal/cultural content campaigns (ex: Father’s Day) and execute them.

• Support early international expansion by adapting content to new markets.

6+ Months

• Become a reliable on-camera talent and creative driver for Golf Daddy.

• Take on bigger ownership of series, collabs, and tournament/event content.

• Maintain high creative standards while consistently shipping content.

• Support and expand our creator network as Golf Daddy grows.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Golf-native: you play, follow the culture, and can speak the language naturally.

• Strong on-camera presence: confident, clear, and engaging.

• Social-native instincts: you understand what performs on TikTok/IG/Shorts.

• A portfolio of short-form work you’ve created (links required).

• Willing to work in-person in Irvine, CA (relocation supported).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing a social account (personal or brand).

• Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and fast turnaround ability.

• Familiarity with performance creative (testing hooks, iterating winners, ad variations).

• Experience filming at events / tournaments / run-and-gun environments.

• Comfortable collaborating and building relationships with creators.
