Position Details

Position Summary

This Manager, Business Operations role will support UFC's world-class live event operations. The position involves coordinating logistics, managing event execution, and ensuring seamless experiences for athletes, staff, and fans at UFC events worldwide.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate logistics for UFC live events and operations
• Manage event execution and on-site operations
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners
• Support athlete logistics and travel arrangements
• Oversee event staffing and volunteer coordination
• Handle on-site problem resolution and crisis management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in event operations or sports management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Extensive travel required (domestic and international)
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
