Now in its fourth season, the LIV Golf League features 13 teams competing for both an Individual and Team title at premier golf courses across the world. As the first truly global golf League, LIV Golf is constantly innovating to set a new standard in sport and redefine the fan experience through the lens of music, culture, and entertainment, while growing the game of golf for a new era of players and fans around the world. Headquartered in New York and London, the League holds events in cities across Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Africa, with broadcasts reaching nearly 900 million households in more than 200 international markets and territories. LIV Golf was designed to expand the sport on a global level, bring new audiences to the game, create new value within the golfing ecosystem, and enhance the game’s societal impact far beyond the course through the League’s Impact & Sustainability efforts. In 2022, LIV Golf launched The International Series, which features 10 elevated events in world-class destinations. Sanctioned by the Asian Tour, these events offer a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League and the Majors.

HISTORY

Founded in 2021 and officially launched in 2022 with the eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, 2025 was our third 14-event season as the LIV Golf League.

The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; four days, 72 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous Team and Individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 900 million homes across 200 international territories, showcase world-class competition happening at LIV Golf’s 14 global events. Music entertainment, food, live concerts, family-friendly activations and offer a festival-like atmosphere. A two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year, our signature hospitality, inclusive atmosphere, quality food and beverage offerings, post-play concerts have helped LIV Golf have helped build record-breaking attendance at events worldwide.

LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world’s most popular sports.

Position: Manager, Business Solutions

Location: New York, NY - 4 Days Onsite

Reports To: Director, Business Solutions

Contract Term: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview

The Manager, Business Solutions is a critical executional role supporting the development, packaging, and delivery of strategic sponsorship platforms and partnership proposals. Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, this role collaborates across LIV’s internal sales, design, and event teams, and coordinates closely with LIV Golf’s third-party sales agency to support day-to-day proposal generation and cross-functional follow-through.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive team player who brings strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, and thrives in a high-velocity, creative, sports-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Support & Proposal Coordination

· Support the Director, Business Solutions in building and customizing sales presentations, platform concepts, and partner proposals.

· Assist in organizing and maintaining master decks, proposal libraries, asset templates, and inventory trackers.

· Collaborate with the Design team to ensure proposal materials are visually aligned with LIV branding and standards.

· Participate in select client-facing sales meetings and partnership pitches to present materials and support strategic discussions.

Sponsorship Inventory & Event Support

· Help document and map sponsorable assets across LIV events and platforms.

· Conduct basic due diligence on new events and venues to support inventory creation.

· Coordinate across Account Management and Commercial Ops to ensure all sold and available assets are properly captured.

Agency & Internal Collaboration

· Act as a day-to-day point of contact for LIV Golf’s third-party sales agency regarding proposal timelines, asset requests, and approvals.

· Manage internal coordination to fulfill agency briefing needs and maintain proposal deadlines.

· Assist in collecting and packaging post-sale materials, recaps, and upsell strategies.

Project Management & Administrative Support

· Maintain internal databases for tracking live proposals, renewals, and pending concepts.

· Help prepare meeting materials, strategic updates, and proposal summaries for Director-level review.

· Support cross-functional alignment by liaising with internal departments including Partnerships, Events, Creative, Media, PR, and Content.

Key Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 2–4+ years of experience in a partnerships, brand marketing, or commercial support role—ideally in sports, media, or entertainment.

· Solid understanding of sponsorship concepts, marketing deliverables, and proposal workflows.

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; comfort building and editing decks under deadline.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail, process, and follow-up.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects in a fast-paced setting.

· Familiarity with agency workflows or sales-side partnership operations.

· Background working in support of sales, brand partnerships, or sports marketing teams.

· Passion for live events and storytelling through brand partnerships.

· A team-first mentality and willingness to support larger department needs.
