We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our IT Enterprise Apps team. In this role, you will lead a group of developers and quality assurance professionals, driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, ensuring robust testing practices, and aligning our ServiceNow capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and QA engineers.  

  • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.  

  • Align team priorities with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of projects 

  • Oversee the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, WSD, NowAssist/Virtual Agent etc).  

  • Establish coding standards, development best practices, and carry out adherence across the team.  

  • Review and approve solution designs, scripts, integrations, automation and workflows to ensure platform stability and reliability. 

  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable and future-proof solutions.  

  • Ensure compliance with release management policies and minimal disruption during upgrades.  

  • Provide regular reporting on development progress, testing results, and platform performance. 

Required Qualifications & Experience  

  • 7+ years of proficiency in ServiceNow development and platform administration.  

  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role leading development and QA teams.  

  • Proficient in ServiceNow functions (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM, App Engine, Now Assist needed; ITOM preferred).  

  • Experience with Integrations, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and automation.  

  • Demonstrated proficiency in building, implementing, and guiding guidelines for ServiceNow, with a focus on well-rounded and scalable solutions. 

  • Experience implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent for automated conversational workflows and Now Assist Gen AI features 

  • Ability to design and optimize Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models for chatbot and search use cases. 

  • Strong leadership, mentor, and team-building abilities.  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  

  • Superb communication and collaborator management abilities. 

Certifications  

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)  

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$160,700$241,100 USD
