The Corporate Development (CD) team at Dream Sports drives M&A and investments for Dream Sports, India’s leading Sports Technology company. Driving the group's vision to "Make Sports Better" the CD team acquires and invests in companies across Sports content, Sports commerce, Sports tech, Sports gaming and Fitness tech, including applications of new-age disruptive technology such as Gen AI, AR / VR and Web3 in sports.
Your Role:Working on financial modelling and presentationsDeveloping a holistic view and thesis on the relevant sector/sUnderstanding of different aspects of diligence and ability to identify key diligence areasTracking portfolio performance independently and assisting on portfolio value creationBuilding peer network across global sports ecosystem (bankers, investors and sports companies)Effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersQualifiers:2+ years of relevant experience in Tier I private equity / corporate development / investment banking / venture capital / consultingPrior experience in deal execution (financial modelling, investment collaterals / memo and diligence) preferably in the technology sectorAbout Dream Sports:
