Role Summary

We’re looking for a Network Infrastructure Manager to lead a small distributed team focused on delivering secure, resilient, and high-performance network services to our game development studios.

This role leads all aspects of engineers supporting studios across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. It blends operational oversight with technical depth to ensure LAN, remote access, and connectivity services meet the demanding needs of creative and live operations teams.

While not a hands-on engineering role, you’ll bring the experience to review, question, and guide technical decisions, ensuring quality and stability across our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team supporting studio network infrastructure and services.
  • Act as a partner concern point for complex or high-impact issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
  • Oversee delivery of LAN, remote access, and connectivity platforms that support both development and live operations.
  • Work closely with studio technology teams to align service delivery with production requirements and timelines.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and planning discussions for studio network infrastructure.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring contract performance and service quality.
  • Support the evolution of a global, follow-the-sun operational model to enhance availability and responsiveness.
  • Champion standards and processes that reinforce reliability, performance, and security across all studio environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in enterprise or studio network infrastructure, including 2+ years leading teams.
  • Expertise in LAN technologies, design, and operations.
  • Familiarity with Palo Alto, Juniper, and Meraki platforms in a multi-site enterprise setting.
  • Solid understanding of remote access and cloud connectivity solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability managing distributed teams and coordinating cross-regional operations.
  • Superb communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Experience engaging with internal partners in demanding, fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a quarterly basis (US, UK, and EU).

Desired Skills

  • Background in the gaming or digital media industry, particularly supporting creative or development environments.
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, infrastructure-as-code, or DevOps principles in network operations.
  • Exposure to live operations or real-time production support.
  • Understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 or multi-time-zone operational teams.

Work Expectations & Impact

This is a hybrid, remote-first role with occasional on-site collaboration. You’ll play a key part in ensuring developers have the stable, secure connectivity they need to create world-class games and that live operations stay smooth under pressure.

Success in this role means maintaining high availability, consistent studio satisfaction, and dependable connectivity wherever our teams work.
