SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and meticulous Manager of Partnerships Business Operations to lead and optimize our partnership infrastructure for the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, and other BSE properties. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across CRM systems, partnership inventory management, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives. You will be instrumental in building scalable processes, leveraging automation and AI, and ensuring transparency, accountability, and adoption across the BSE partnerships ecosystem.

The Manager will report to the Vice President, Global Partnerships Business Operations & Insights.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee partnership inventory tracking, availability, and allocation to maximize revenue and efficiency for the BSE portfolio.
  • Own and optimize the Salesforce CRM to support partnership lifecycle management.
  • Evolve CRM dashboards (Salesforce/KORE) to serve as the single source of truth for partnership deal status, inventory, and pricing.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data integrity and consistency for all partnerships systems.
  • Lead the development of automated reporting systems to reduce manual data pulls and increase insights delivery speed for partnership sales and service teams.
  • Partner with Data Analytics and Insights team to maintain data integrity and build Tableau dashboards that support executive decision-making and partner storytelling.
  • Identify and implement tools and processes that streamline partnership sales and service workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve day-to-day Partnerships operations, including using automation and solutions enhanced by AI.
  • Serve as a liaison between Partnerships, Digital, Marketing, and Finance to align on data strategy and operational priorities for the BSE portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Digital and Finance teams to manage partnership contract workflows, compliance, and renewals.
  • Build and document scalable partnership sales and service operations processes to support internal and external collaborators.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training programs on systems, tools, and processes that power Partnerships operations and reporting.
  • Champion adoption and usage of tools and processes across Partnerships team through clear communication and support.
  • Implement mechanisms to ensure accountability and insight into partnership performance and operational metrics.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement across the partnership ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 3–5 years of experience in sports business operations, partnerships, or revenue strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), inventory management platforms (e.g., KORE), and their applications within the sports partnerships landscape.
  • Strong grasp of data governance, contract workflows, and process automation, including experience with AI-enabled tools.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

SALARY RANGE

$80,000 - $90,000 base salary

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The incumbent primarily works in an office environment and will attend games and events as assigned, which may take place on evenings, weekends and holidays.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Rare travel (<5%); may require air travel and overnight stays.
