The Role You’ll Play

As a people-first leader, you’ll empower our Sales Specialists to thrive, coaching with empathy, executing with clarity, and setting a tone of consistent growth. Your ability to balance strategy with daily operations will help shape a sales environment rooted in energy, accountability, and forward motion.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, guiding them to exceed goals and celebrate wins
  • Coach reps across experience levels, providing personalized feedback that sharpens skills and builds confidence
  • Oversee team operations including scheduling, timecards, and performance touchpoints with clarity and care
  • Drive seamless onboarding and training for new hires, setting them up for success from day one
  • Accurately forecast team performance and hold a clear view of your sales pipeline
  • Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to unlock collaboration and business alignment
  • Proactively remove roadblocks to boost team momentum and operational flow
  • Jump into high-impact projects and stretch initiatives that support broader sales strategy
  • This is a Team Management position

Experience You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Payments, account management, or analytics, plus 1–3 years leading teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proven success meeting and surpassing sales goals, with a stable, achievement-focused career path
  • Skilled in analyzing sales performance and using data to drive smart decisions
  • Comfortable with tools like MS Excel, CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and sales enablement systems
  • A confident communicator who can adapt your message and lead with influence on calls, in meetings, or across teams
  • Known for developing talent and nurturing growth within your team
  • Thrives in customer-facing environments and stays composed when stakes are high
  • Organized, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while building strong stakeholder relationships
