Your responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of performance marketing, from meticulous planning to seamless execution</span></div></br><b>
</b></br><li>Own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.</li><li>Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement against Key Result expectations.</li><li>Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Foster a culture of experimentation, Plan, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.</li><li>Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to optimize both marketing campaigns and overall product user experience.</li><li>Develop and manage long-term marketing budget projections, ensuring effective resource allocation for strategic growth.</li></br><b>Must Haves:</b></br><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta marketing and AdWords for D2C commerce. </li><li>Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap, and Looker.
Ability to extract meaningful insights from data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimizations.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and executing A/B experiments to test and refine marketing strategies.</li></br>
