The Revenue Acceleration Job Family is the critical link between the development and execution of the sales and go-to-market strategy. This team handles a range of tactical and strategic responsibilities including sales technology planning, process optimization, sales change management, territory structuring and alignment, lead management, contract operations, and internal case management.
This role is integral to optimizing sales strategies by leading revenue operations and support functions. Responsibilities include team management, process improvement, resolving complex cases, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate has a background in revenue operations, proficiency in sales tools, and a track record of driving strategic initiatives for revenue enhancement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales support, or a similar role
Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on process improvement and KPI management
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, excel, SpringCM and other Sales Operations tools
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and business requirements gathering skills
Ability to own director and above cross-functional relationships and set clear expectations with leadership
Track record of driving complex process improvement and strategic initiatives
Lead and manage the Revenue Support team, including Revenue Operations Support Specialists at various levels
Own and drive the improvement of Strategic Account processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue objectives
Oversee the resolution of escalated priorities and complex cases, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Develop and manage KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Rev Ops Support team, including case and contract velocity
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize deal processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the revenue operation
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Own and drive the implementation of transformation initiatives related to Revenue Support and Strategic Accounts
Collaborate with revenue leadership and contribute to the overall revenue strategy and objectives
