ABOUT LIV GOLF
Now in its fourth season, the LIV Golf League features 13 teams competing for both an Individual and Team title at premier golf courses across the world. As the first truly global golf League, LIV Golf is constantly innovating to set a new standard in sport and redefine the fan experience through the lens of music, culture, and entertainment, while growing the game of golf for a new era of players and fans around the world. Headquartered in New York and London, the League holds events in cities across Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Africa, with broadcasts reaching nearly 900 million households in more than 200 international markets and territories. LIV Golf was designed to expand the sport on a global level, bring new audiences to the game, create new value within the golfing ecosystem, and enhance the game’s societal impact far beyond the course through the League’s Impact & Sustainability efforts. In 2022, LIV Golf launched The International Series, which features 10 elevated events in world-class destinations. Sanctioned by the Asian Tour, these events offer a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League and the Majors.
HISTORY
Founded in 2021 and officially launched in 2022 with the eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, 2025 was our third 14-event season as the LIV Golf League.
The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; four days, 72 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous Team and Individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 900 million homes across 200 international territories, showcase world-class competition happening at LIV Golf’s 14 global events. Music entertainment, food, live concerts, family-friendly activations and offer a festival-like atmosphere. A two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year, our signature hospitality, inclusive atmosphere, quality food and beverage offerings, post-play concerts have helped LIV Golf have helped build record-breaking attendance at events worldwide.
LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world’s most popular sports.
Away from the entertainment on the course, LIV Golf is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the communities it visits through its ground-breaking social impact and sustainability strategy. Role: Manager, Team Sponsorship Operations and Strategy

ROLE OBJECTIVE/THE TEAM
The Manager, Team Sponsorship Operations and Strategy, creates and implements standardized sales and sponsorship administrative processes across LIV Golf’s 13 team ecosystem. This role involves developing and maintaining reporting systems, supporting CRM implementation (Salesforce), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic analysis to help drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and experienced in managing reporting systems, CRM platforms (particularly Salesforce), and stakeholder relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Collaborate with internal Product team to oversee the implementation of CRM Salesforce adoption for all of LIV Golf’s 13 teams
Collaborate with team GMs, staff and agencies to oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and usability at all times
Develop and manage robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic planning and performance tracking
Work with internal Insights team to manage, update and implement use of standardized sponsorship rate cards for all of LIV Golf’s 13 teams
Take a lead role in developing proof of performance protocols for teams for both internal use and to inform sponsorship recap reports
Monitor and share best practices across teams regarding sponsorship material, proposals and value proposition
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reporting and analytics
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and drive commercial outcomes
REQUIRED SKILLS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
Strategic thinker with proven strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales and partnership dynamics
Proven advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Comprehensive understanding of the corporate sponsorship process, from prospecting and proposals to contract and execution
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and clearly report findings
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Proven strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF
Demonstrated success in managing CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred) and delivering high-impact reporting and insights within a dynamic sales organization or team
Proven experience in a business development, commercial strategy, or sales operations role, ideally within sports, media, or entertainment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
