About the role: 

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis.*

Fubo is looking for a Marketing Designer with serious chops and proven successes in digital advertising, marketing and CRM.

Unlike design roles at other companies, Fubo’s Marketing Designers have a deep understanding of how their work is performing. And they use that information to design ads and other experiences that are consistently successful. 

At this moment, Fubo is positioned to become a major global player in the streaming TV market. But we need you to help put us over the edge.

What you’ll do: 

As an integral part of the marketing creative team, you’ll help design every aspect of the customer experience — from new customer acquisition to onboarding, and from retention to upsell. 

You’ll be a creative force, pushing our tactics to be as impactful and successful as possible. This means testing into best-performing layouts, bringing fresh ideas and collaborating with the rest of the creative team, and greater marketing team. 

You may be asked to contribute to video and motion graphics projects, as well as static design. Any video or motion skills you have may help to put you over the top for this role. 

You’ll provide leadership, showing what it means to be a reliable creative partner, problem-solver and cross-functional teammate.  

Specifics:

  • Create advertising and marketing for a variety of digital and print channels
  • Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Collaborate deeply with the creative and marketing teams
  • Consistently apply Fubo’s design language and branding
  • Optimize and evaluate your work based on established success metrics
  • Give and take creative feedback like a champ

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a marketing designer
  • Some experience with After Effects and Premiere
  • Supreme flexibility in learning new processes, programs and more. We are a small team, growing and moving quickly, so the ability to pivot between projects and roll with the punches is crucial
  • Online portfolio, Behance, Instagram or another way to show your work
  • Capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong talent for all elements of design, layout and typography, with sharp attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of retail advertising, marketing concepts and metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, making timely decisions in order to meet project deadlines and business needs
  • Excellent communication skills. The ability to ask questions — and ask for help when you need it — is essential to keeping yourself and our team moving quickly  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, limitless curiosity

Nice to haves:

  • A degree in design
  • A passion for some combination of sports, TV and technology
  • Experience leading design projects
  • UI/UX design experience
  • Audio/music editing experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Some proficiency in Spanish
  • Familiarity with the pay-TV industry and its target audience
  • Photography/cinematography skills

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $75,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $115,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations. 

 

Estimated Salary range:

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
