The Marketing Project Manager at Jamble is responsible for managing priority projects within the Brand & Marketing domain such as launching a PR strategy, scaling YouTube influencer initiatives, and optimizing our social media content strategy.
Role Brand Strategy & Development: Manage and execute a brand strategy in line with Jamble's business goals. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.Marketing Ownership: Create and implement B2C marketing campaigns that focus on key performance indicators like GMV, DAU, and retention rates..Social Media & Influencer Strategy: Plan and execute a social media strategy that targets both sellers and buyers. Use analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.PR: Handle public relations efforts including media outreach, press releases, and reputation management.Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with other departments like product, tech, and supply to align marketing strategies with company objectives. Ensure clear internal communication about brand and marketing efforts.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing strategies and make informed adjustments as needed.ProfileMinimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally as a Creative Director or Marketing Lead.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field from a top-tier Business School (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP) or university Dauphine, etc.).Proven skills in branding, artistic direction, and B2C marketing.Strong understanding of data analytics, and experience in leveraging data for strategy optimization.Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.Fluent in French, with high proficiency in English.Estimated Salary Range
