JOB SUMMARY: The Denver Broncos Office Assistant is a part-time position that provides operational and administrative support to the Denver Broncos Marketing & Partnership departments. This position will occupy the period between seasonal internship classes for the Marketing and Partnership Departments.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support, including inventory management, billing, distribution, vendor sourcing, and storage management
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail to the marketing & partnership departments – postage, packaging, etc.  
• Answer main phone line for marketing and partnership departments and transfer calls to appropriate Broncos staff members 
• Assist with communication and booking of Stampede Drumline and other marketing assets
• Assist marketing and partnership departments with event and campaign planning and execution including researching best practices across sports and entertainment 
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly rate for this role is $19.29/hour.
