We are seeking a data-driven, hands-on Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of the growth, daily management, and advertising performance of our supplements business across Amazon and third-party platforms.
This is not a general digital marketing or social media role. We need a specialist who is deeply familiar with the nuances of Amazon's ecosystem and can independently build, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our UK Amazon business while collaborating with the team to expand into new channels and international marketplaces.
You will work closely with your manager and the wider Growth team to manage and aggressively optimize our presence across platforms such as Amazon.
You'll be:Owning Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing: Independently designing, launching, and managing performance marketing campaigns directly inside Amazon Advertising.
Executing Granular Optimizations: Running daily optimizations including advanced keyword research, negative keyword pruning, bid management, and match-type architecture.
Managing Day-to-Day Operations: Overseeing sales trends, pricing strategies, inventory health, and buy-box monitoring across Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Optimising Listings for Conversion: Improving product listings, imagery, keywords, and A+ content to maximize both search visibility and conversion rates.
Analysing Data & Competitors: Deep-diving into marketplace data and competitor activity to extract actionable insights and identify new growth opportunities.
Tracking & Reporting KPIs: Utilizing advanced spreadsheet skills to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and build regular, data-driven performance reports.
Ensuring Compliance & Brand Alignment: Keeping product listings accurate, highly compliant with strict marketplace policies, and aligned with Numan’s brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Growth, Brand, and Operations teams to streamline supply chain and support broader marketplace initiatives.
Proven Amazon PPC Mastery (Non-Negotiable): Direct, hands-on experience running, scaling, and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns by yourself.
Platform Expertise: Strong operational proficiency inside both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. You must know how to navigate these platforms seamlessly from day one.
Advanced Excel/Analytical Skills: High comfort level manipulating large data sets, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and turning raw advertising data into clear strategic actions.
An Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, self-starting approach with the organizational skills to manage a marketplace portfolio independently.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous standards when it comes to listings accuracy, content optimization, and compliance.
Excellent Communication: The ability to clearly articulate campaign performance and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
