Job Description

THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Above the Line Media to lead above-the-line media operations for our US Casino Marketing team. This role sits within the Casino Marketing organization and reports directly to the Media Director. This is a senior leadership opportunity to own brand-building strategy and execution across Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, and Direct Mail — driving new customer acquisition, growing top-of-mind awareness, and strengthening FanDuel Casino’s position as the first brand players think of when they want to play. The ideal candidate is a true ATL subject matter expert who thinks ahead, operates with rigor, and brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to a high-performing team.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Above The Line Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end ATL media strategy across Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, and Direct Mail, ensuring FanDuel Casino remains the #1 destination for new iGaming players
  • Identify and activate high-impact media opportunities and tentpole moments (e.g., major sporting events, seasonal launches) to maximize brand exposure

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all ATL channels, using data-driven insights to inform macro and micro enhancements
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that connect ATL results to broader brand health metrics (awareness lift, SOV, competitive benchmarks)
  • Lead a quarterly testing roadmap across ATL and Direct Mail, including audience segmentation, offer testing, and creative optimization

Agency & Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for media agencies and key vendors, holding partners to high standards of execution and innovation
  • Define long-term strategic partnership visions with key vendors, focused on scaling reach, improving efficiency, and enabling growth
  • Collaborate with Sportsbook and other internal teams to identify shared media opportunities and cross-channel efficiencies

Financial Management & Operational Excellence

  • Own ATL channel budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and partner authorizations with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
  • Oversee weekly and monthly budget pacing, forecasts, and reconciliations across all ATL channels
  • Improve automation across finance and reporting workflows to ensure flawless execution of campaign financial management

Team Development & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Manage and develop junior team members, providing coaching, stretch assignments, and opportunities to build presentation and analytical skills
  • Act as a cross-team leader and trusted collaborator, keeping stakeholders aligned on ATL strategy, creative timelines, and campaign milestones
  • Work cross-functionally with Acquisition, Customer Marketing, Brand, and Analytics teams to integrate ATL media with broader marketing objectives

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience managing above-the-line media channels (Linear TV, OTT/CTV, OOH, Direct Mail) at an agency or in-house
  • Deep expertise in TV and OTT buying, including programmatic OTT, Reach & Frequency planning, clearance optimization, and CPM negotiation
  • Proven track record managing Direct Mail as a performance channel, including audience segmentation, iCAC management, and creative coordination
  • Experience with OOH strategy and inventory expertise, including digital and permanent placements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow agency and vendor partnerships, including scope negotiation and added value delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with experience connecting ATL performance data to brand health metrics, MMM models, and cross-channel reporting

  • Experience managing large budgets with strong financial acumen across pacing, forecasting, and reconciliation
  • A strategic thinker who also executes — someone who can think 3 steps ahead while staying on top of the day-to-day details
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ATL performance into clear, compelling stories for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative and cross-functional mindset; comfortable working with Acquisition, Brand, Analytics, Finance, and agency partners simultaneously
