About the Role

Join our NetSuite ERP team to manage the NetSuite system for all Foodspring entities. As the first line of support, you'll handle issues and enhancement requests, resolving some and assigning others to the wider ERP team or our NetSuite partner. Your responsibilities will include setting up and training users, completing documentation, and processing detailed change controls. Excellent communication skills are essential for conveying system knowledge to users with varying levels of understanding.

What can you expect to work on?

• Picking up and triaging NetSuite issues raised by both manufacturing and finance operations teams
• Managing, understanding and prioritising the ticket pipeline
• Understanding and analysing NetSuite audit trails as part of triage
• Resolving ‘how to’ NetSuite queries for a variety of business functions
• User Management within NetSuite – training and setting up new users, deactivating leavers etc.
• Conducting walkthroughs and trainings using the NetSuite Sandbox environments
• Creating and Editing Saved Searches and reports for various business functions
• Generating Knowledgebase articles for NetSuite use
• Assisting with creation and maintenance of users, roles and permissions.

What You Bring

• A working background in NetSuite Support as Analyst or Administrator
• Working background with finance and supply chain processes.
• Minimum 1 year as a NetSuite Administrator or 2 years as NetSuite Support Analyst ideally in a manufacturing/logistics environment
• Experience generating advanced searches and reports in NetSuite
• An understanding of multi subsidiary and multi-currency accounting either academically or through prior experience
• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly communicate NetSuite processes to business end users in both manufacturing operations and finance operations
• Working background on leading training sessions with end users.
