Responsibilities

• Setting up complex network test environments, analyzing router's behavior and isolating issues;
• Develop test scenarios and maintain test-related and configuration documentation;
• Consult other automation engineers on network and system administration aspects;
• Execute automated tests and analyze test results;
• Help to develop/maintain pipelines for automated configuration of environments and test execution;
• Refactoring and architectural improvements for existing framework solutions;

Requirements

• Experience in System/Network administrator position or similar from 2 years;
• Hands-on experience with various network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls);
• Experience with various network technologies and protocols (dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.), VPN technologies (IPsec, GRE, etc.), NAT, ACL, etc.);
• Experience in administration of Linux systems (Ubuntu);
• Written English on intermediate level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud providers and network-related services (AWS, Azure);
• Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, VirtualBox);
• Basic knowledge of any programming language (Python preferable);
• Hands-on experience with Linux network features;
• Understanding of Software Testing Methodology and Application Development Life Cycle;
• Knowledge of Robot Framework is a plus
• Experience in manual testing or test automation;
• Git experience.
