Job Description

Company Description:

Quartet is a leading tech-enabled behavioral health company that works with health plans, systems, and provider groups to deliver speed to quality behavioral health care for all. Through sophisticated data and analytics, along with personalized services, Quartet exists to advance quality care as defined by four measures: speed to care, seamless patient experiences, improved health outcomes, and affordability for patients.

innovaTel is a leading telepsychiatry provider dedicated to improving access to exceptional psychiatric care. innovaTel partners with clinical organizations to provide a range of services to both adults and children including psychiatric evaluations, therapy, medication management, patient education and consultations. In 2021, Quartet acquired innovaTel, and together we are delivering on our shared mission of enabling speed to quality mental health care for all.  We are deeply committed to growing a diverse team and an equitable and inclusive culture where all Quartetians are empowered to be themselves and do their best work.

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet’s Network Transformation team is responsible for building a curated ecosystem of mental health providers and delivering value to our payer customers, which starts with building strong relationships in each of our markets. Specifically, the team is tasked with creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Care Connections product and setting mental health providers up for long term success. Network Transformation works closely with teams across the organization to ensure continuous innovation which includes close collaboration with Customer, Market Operations, Care Navigation, Product, Clinical, and Data teams. Our approach is “partnership” rather than selling, to align on joint pain points, value, GTM strategy, and product capabilities. Our partnerships require someone who enjoys a fast-paced, innovative environment with daily client interactions, as we build and scale across the organization.

The Network Growth Specialist will serve as a valued resource for Mental Health Providers (MHPs) within a group of markets that have been implemented and onboarded with Quartet. The Network Growth Specialist will be responsible for owning the operational components for the MHP to drive success within our payer customer contracts and get patients to care faster. Payer customers rely on Quartet to report back on important care events to understand how quickly their members get into care and their clinical progression over time.

  • Maintain network adequacy through a comprehensive understanding of the active MHP network, including but not limited to account oversight, profile management, and performance monitoring

  • Monitor platform compliance to ensure MHPs are providing timely and accurate updates about the status of Quartet referrals, including submitting information on behalf of the practice if needed
  • Manage supply of MHPs by regularly reviewing unresponsive providers and declined referrals to proactively confirm members are getting to care quickly
  • Support the Sr. Network Transformation Manager in MHP re-engagement for accounts that need a platform refresher and deactivation for accounts that are no longer meeting quality standards
  • Conduct MHP follow-up for any feedback and/or complaints provided to Quartet by patients, referring providers, or payers
  • Assist with onboarding and credentialing net-new MHPs as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or operational role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, build credibility, and create trust across all levels of an organization
  • Seek solutions beyond readily available information to meet providers’ unique needs
