We are looking for a driven and strategic Non-Gaming Growth Lead to spearhead our partnerships in non-gaming sectors. In this role, you will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through exceptional account management and strategic initiatives.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic non-gaming accounts

  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives

  • Mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs

  • Identify and implement scalable workflows, tools, and best practices to optimize account management

  • Evaluate and advocate for product enhancements to support client success and revenue growth
