<li>Welcoming and assisting guests coming to the office</li>

<li>Managing incoming calls and other communications</li>

<li>Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with building management</li>

<li>Assisting in organizing and maintaining common office areas</li>

<li>Tracking and managing incoming and outgoing documents and cargo</li>

<li>Overseeing the receipt of orders and verifying delivery documentation</li>

<li>Supporting the organization of internal and external meetings</li>

</br><b>Requirements</b></br>

<li>2+ years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field</li>

<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English</li>

<li>Advanced computer skills and practical knowledge of MS Office programs</li>

<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>

<li>Appreciation and understanding of teamwork</li>
