What we are looking for 

As an Office Manager at Novibet, you will ensure the efficient running of the office and provide vital administrative support to the team.

What you will work on

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, well-organised, and welcoming work environment and liaise with the cleaning company in case of any issues.
  • Look after the general upkeep of the office, including coordinating maintenance and repairs when required.
  • Order office supplies, monitor stock levels, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with company procedures.
  • Handle invoices and payments related to office suppliers.
  • Carry out basic bookkeeping for office-related expenses.
  • Coordinate office projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Organise company events and internal gatherings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Malta team (e.g. handle queries regarding health insurance or similar matters).
  • Collect and submit on-call hours on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with HR-related queries such as sick leave and vacation leave.
  • Help set up equipment for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding.

 What you bring

  • BSc in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ year of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team oriented mindset
