As a Casual on Course Customer Service Representative, you’ll be based on the racecourse supporting our teams and interacting with our customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

We're building a pool of casuals that will become the face of this thrilling experience. You will welcome and engage with customers on race day, raise awareness and provide vital information about our diverse range of betting products, the latest promotions, and the multitude of betting channels at their disposal.

Where and how you can work...

You'll be kickstarting your journey of joining our team with Cup week, your availability throughout the following dates is a must: Friday 26 January 2024 through to Sunday 28 January 2024. 

Full training will be provided. Please note, you must be 18 years of age or older to apply. 

Your day-to-day...

• Welcome and engage with customers at peak attendance days on racecourses. 
• Promote and support customers to increase their engagement with our digital channels. 
• Educate customers about promotional activities, including offering alternative products. 
• Support customers in using Digital Channels (App & Mobile Web) and Self-Service Terminals on racecourses. 
• Ensure customers are aware of and supported in using all Entain NZ's wagering channels. 
• Learn and perform product basics as experienced by customers. 
• Build knowledge and experience of basic functions, including sign-up, placing bets, using bonus bets, and activating generosity offerings. 
• Navigate Self Service Terminals and digital platforms to support customer interactions on the racecourse. 
• Understand and focus on problem gambling, following AML and RG policies. 

You’re a match if you have...

• Previous experience in customer facing environments or promotional activities is certainly a plus; however, personality is everything. We value your confidence, a can-do attitude, and a bubbly personality just as much. 
• An outgoing and friendly personality with a customer-focused mindset. 
• A high level of personal professional presentation and integrity. 
• The ability to capture and recall information on customer interactions. 
• An interest in Sports, Racing, and Wagering Entertainment. 
• Experience working with various online platforms/systems.
