As an Onboarding & Engagement officer, you will be providing world class customer service to support our customer onboarding journey.

This role is located in Wellington, New Zealand. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.

We are looking for a candidate who is available to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Your day-to-day

• Making contact and welcoming our newest customers shortly after signup
• Assisting with general feedback enquires and resolving issues for new customers
• Assisting clients with account verification processes
• Gather customer feedback to pass onto other areas of the business
• Completing various weekly adhoc tasks with high attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer
• Inbound customer support duties if required

What you'll bring

• Knowledge and passion for Sport & Racing
• A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for customer support
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
• Availability between Monday and Friday
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate to all levels within the business are essential
• A willingness to learn harnessed with a pro-active personality and a good work ethic are equally vital
• Capacity to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
