Let’s start with the role

The Operational Process Analyst reports to the Operations Performance Manager and is responsible for analyzing, mapping and proposing improvements for operational processes.. S/He will focus on controlling and organizing internal standards and workflows, as well as performing data analysis.

As an Operational Process Analyst, you will:

• Conduct process grasping and alignment meetings with involved parties, analyze and map operational processes;
• Contribute to internal and BPO processes, aiming to improve and guarantee output;
• Monitor each team’s processes, aiming to identify possible business improvement points;
• Summarize and manage KPIs; 
• Control and organize operations, quality, training and vendor processes standards;
• Assist in responsibilities definition between the parties when applicable.

What you’ll bring: 

• Relevant work experience in lean manufacturing;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Sciences or related field;
• A Masters degree in a complementary field to the bachelor's degree is highly appreciated;
• Experience in lean methodologies will be highly appreciated;
• Experience in understanding and/or overseeing activities across business units/departments;
• Excellent prioritization, planning and organizational skills;
• Strong follow-up, prioritization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in Brazilian Portuguese and English); comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization and external partners.
