Position: Operations
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team and help streamline the process of forming new businesses, transitioning them to an S Corporation, and upselling them to our payroll product. Your main goal will be to ensure a seamless, frictionless, and scalable experience for our customers throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with the product team to build and optimize an in-app workflow to transition customers to S Corporation and sign up for the payroll product
· Manage our partnership with service providers who will be responsible for the filings to ensure SLA adherence
· Improve and operationalize the internal workflow and admin tooling to manage the end-to-end filing process and ensure timely completion
· Create an internal dashboard to track eligible customers and their progress
· Handle support tickets and troubleshoot customer issues related to the S Corp transition
· Write product support documentation and customer support articles
Requirements:
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Attention to detail and ability to work with complex processes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Familiarity with legal and tax concepts related to business formation and S Corps
· Experience in customer support or operations roles is a plus
