We're looking for an Operations Project Coordinator Co-Op to join our team! In this crucial role, you'll provide essential project management support for the success of both current and upcoming company products. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and communication flows seamlessly across different departments and external partners, with key responsibilities including comprehensive project tracking, generating status reports, drafting project briefs, and conducting research.
This role is a fully on-site position based at our Downtown Vancouver studio.
In this role, you can expect to:Project ManagementKeep track of all the projects happeningUpdate and report on action items and status reportsCommunicate proactively with all stakeholders on their deadlines and deliverablesThis will be across multiple projects and initiativesKeep product evaluation schedules and frameworks up to date and organized for publishing
Run Internal Playtests, support Company PlaytestsCoordinate the scheduling and execution of internal playtests to ensure timely delivery of high-quality feedback.Oversee task completion and deadlines, maintaining clear communication with team members.Manage all logistical aspects of testing projects, including creating write-ups, handling assets, and liaising with points of contact for translations.When needed, research testing vendors, gather information, present to stakeholders to speed up the selection processHandle contracts and invoices required for the tests
Market ResearchResearch market trends, competitor products, and player needs.Support the delivery of clear, actionable reports that highlight key opportunities and risks.Develop templates and frameworks to streamline future research.
Stakeholder CoordinationEngage with internal stakeholders as needed, including managers and senior team members.Ensure effective communication and coordinate information between project teams and other departments.Your background includes:Working towards a Bachelor’s degree.Basic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets).Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team members across the organization.Passion in the tech and gaming space is beneficialExcited by this opportunity?
