The Role:
The role of a Vendor Specialist is pivotal in helping shape the future of Gametime and its partners! Ready for a role that blends interpersonal finesse, communication mastery, and analytical skills? As a strategic guardian of Gametime's priorities, you're not settling for the status quo – you're pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations. What you'll do:
  • The essential functions of the Vendor Specialist include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with outsourcing vendors, not just as partners but as integral members of the Gametime family.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vendor Manager to execute reporting, ensuring seamless alignment, and inspiring continuous process improvements that set new industry benchmarks
  • Performance excellence oversight- monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), consistently pushing for elevated standards
  • Commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience through outsourced services, setting the standard in customer satisfaction and fan experience.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews, turning every challenge into an opportunity for growth, and ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards.
  • Data Driven Innovation- Analyze data with a keen eye to identify trends, uncover areas for improvement, and pinpoint opportunities for cost-saving, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Engage with all supporting teams within the vendor site – Ticket-Operations, Workforce Management, QA, Training, and Trust and Safety – fostering a unified and forward-thinking ecosystem.
  • Ensure internal peers are not just informed but synced with outsourced vendor activities through regular, insightful 1:1 or team meetings that inspire a collaborative mindset.
  • Issue Resolution- Address and resolve issues that arise between Gametime and outsourcing vendors, turning challenges into stepping stones for improvement. 
  • Understand the vendors’ current SOW requirements and participate in contract negotiations with outsourcing vendors to ensure terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Embrace the opportunity for travel, including international travel. Making at least two visits per year to outsourced partners, solidifying global relationships, and keeping a finger on the pulse of international operations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience using data to propose creative solutions 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires analytical skills, solid mathematics, proficiency in Google Tools, and some experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in coordinating and implementing process improvement
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
