**Job Description**

The Senior Panel Recruitment Coordinator I is a Hybrid position responsible for consistently achieving phone recruitment, resolution, and installation targets. You'll utilize proven recruitment techniques to engage pre-determined households and persuade them to participate in Nielsen ratings across our various panels. This role requires a unique combination of skills and style, along with in-depth knowledge of Nielsen's operations.

This role is a Hybrid position with a requirement to work in the office and has flexibility for working from home. The majority of the time will be spent working in the office.

• Core Responsibilities: Recruit households for Nielsen panels via phone, conduct interviews, gather data, and schedule installations. This includes meeting performance targets, maintaining quality standards, and successfully resolving objections while building rapport.

**Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of IOS, MS Windows and Google applications
