Job Description

A Panel Relations Coordinator II within Panel Management is responsible for recruiting and coaching pre-selected individuals and households in Norway that form part of the Nielsen panel. To succeed in this role, you should enjoy speaking on the phone and be comfortable using a PC as your primary work tool.

  • Position type: Part-time (12 hours a week over 3 weekday evenings)

  • Working hours: 17:00 – 21:00

  • Location: Central Skøyen, Oslo (home working is also possible from within Norway)

Responsibilities

Entry-level position performing routine tasks with close supervision, following clearly defined procedures and learning basic skills.

Job Summary 

  • Conduct outbound phone calls with families participating in the panel.

  • Train, guide, and maintain relationships with panel participants and households.

  • Adhere to Nielsen's internal guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with various departments across Nielsen to ensure data quality in accordance with our methodology.

  • Has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Qualifications
  • Understands how assigned duties integrate with others in the team.

  • Follows established procedures and structured instructions to complete routine tasks.

  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrates good organizational skills with the ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Basic to good computer and systems literacy (familiarity with Google Workspace / Google Tools is a plus).

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is desired but not essential.
