Assist the Manager of Original Music Administration in all tasks and assist in the process of music reporting.

Responsibilities

Handle NFL music production library functions including:

  • Copyright, performance, and mechanical society registrations
  • Metadata and audio asset deliveries to music distribution and content management systems
  • Data analysis and income tracking for all NFL-owned copyrights domestically and internationally
  • Data entry and daily/weekly updates for a variety of shared documents
  • Maintain library data and generate music use reporting (including music cue sheets) within a variety of internal systems

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Data Management, Data Analytics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency
  • Extensive knowledge/experience using MS Power BI/Tableau
  • Passion for technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Music Industry/Administration
  • Music Production Library or Film/TV experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
