The Partnerships Coordinator supports the development and management of relationships with universities, licensees, and retailers to drive the success of collegiate licensing initiatives. Working closely with the Partner Services Manager and cross-functional teams, this role assists in executing strategic business plans, marketing campaigns, and compliance programs tailored to each client’s needs. The Partnerships Coordinator serves as a key liaison, communicating industry trends, licensing updates, and program information while representing the company professionally. This role may require occasional travel and participation in events to foster strong partner relationships and ensure program success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, licensees, and retailers within the assigned conference or region.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience presenting to large groups, executives, or senior administrators preferred. Demonstrated attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
