At Entain Australia and New Zealand as a Payments and Admin officer where you’ll be the key to ensuring our customers have a smooth deposit and withdrawal journey. This role Is responsible for approving customer withdrawals, assisting with escalations relating to deposit or withdrawal issues, and detecting, preventing, and escalating possible fraudulent account usage. The role sits within the Finance function of the business, reporting to Lachlan Alford, Payments Manager.

Your day-to-day.

• Approving customer withdrawals.
• Identifying and resolving enquiries from CS related to deposits and withdrawals.
• Actioning transactional reports to identify possible fraudulent account use.
• Completing administrative account tasks such as deceased & bankrupt estates.
• Collaborating with Fraud and Compliance, Customer Service, and Finance teams to strengthen fraud detection measures, address customer enquiries, and ensure accurate financial transactions, fostering a seamless and compliant payment and administrative process.

• Comfortable with problem-solving to assist customers and deliver great customer outcomes.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to improve payment and administrative processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
