About The Role
Are you passionate about turning data into growth? As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns, using data, testing, and optimisation to drive profitable customer acquisition. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the autonomy to experiment, make impactful decisions, and directly influence business growth in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You'll work closely with Creative, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to maximise campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI and drive profitable customer acquisition.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve results.
• Optimise campaigns based on customer value (NGR/LTV), not just cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments.
• Scale high-performing campaigns and quickly pause or adjust underperforming ones.
• Collaborate with Creative, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to maximise campaign performance.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition through performance marketing.
• Strong expertise across major advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Highly analytical, with the ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes such as ROI, LTV, and NGR.
• Experience managing and optimising significant marketing budgets.
• Strong testing mindset, with experience running A/B tests and continuously improving campaign performance.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and confidently scale successful campaigns.
• Decisive, data-driven approach to optimising performance and quickly addressing underperforming campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
