WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will report to the Senior Director, Global Tax External Reporting and Compliance, and will manage external advisors hired to support global income tax reporting processes. While leading the income tax accounting and reporting processes, you will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders across Finance including Controlling, Investor Relations, Global Business Planning, Treasury and senior leadership.

You will also partner with external/internal auditors to meet interim and year-end audit requirements. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Global Tax External Reporting function is responsible for complete, accurate and timely income tax accounting and reporting to better inform both internal and external stakeholders. As the Principal, Tax External Reporting, you will be responsible for managing the quarterly and annual income tax provision processes while serving as a key technical tax accounting leader in evaluating complex issues.

You will play a critical role in leveraging deep expertise of US GAAP income tax accounting to effectively evaluate financial results while applying tax technical concepts to determine the appropriate accounting and reporting of income taxes. This role requires a high degree of judgement, • exceptional analytical rigor, accountability and cross-functional collaboration, along with the ability to influence across a complex global stakeholder landscape including Controlling, Treasury, Global Business Planning, Investor Relations and external advisors. The ability to synthesize complex tax issues, anticipate downstream implications and provide meaningful financial insights to stakeholders, including Finance leadership, will be critical to your success. You must be a self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
