Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across our operations. This role is central to identifying improvement opportunities, managing cross-functional projects, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end operational excellence projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, service quality, and process improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, KPIs, risk assessments, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate workshops, root cause analysis sessions, and process mapping exercises.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
  • Train and coach teams on continuous improvement tools and practices.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or business transformation.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related).
  • Experience in B2B supply chain trading operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Jira, or project management platforms
