Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo. 

We’re looking for a Processing Lead to help guide and lead the team to meet all goals and expectations of the department. We are currently hiring for Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday (6pm - 4:30am). 

What You’ll Do:

• Support & help oversee the day-to-day operations including managing workflow.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members and set clear daily goals.
• Discover training needs and work with leadership on training team members.
• Ensure 100% quality at all times keeping the customer in mind at all times.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts/escalate when necessary.
• Recognize high performance and report back to leadership
• Suggest and organize team building activities
• Aid leadership team in creating an inspiring team environment
• Communicate with Customer service on order issues/damages/shortages

Who You Are:

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills, especially Google Docs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills

Physical Requirements:

• Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
• Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
• Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks.
• Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Receiving and Inspecting Submissions: Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging.
• Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time 

Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $26. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
